In the late 1980s, Assem Sorour recognised the vast potential of the Red Sea. In 1988, he founded Oscar Developments — a turning point that shifted his path into hotel and hospitality through Hotel Management and Food & Beverage.
Oscar Developments encompasses two subsidiaries: SOL Hospitality — specialising in luxury hotel acquisition, management, and ownership — and Several Food Concepts, a creative F&B brand incubator. With passion and dedication, he has since worked to bring international standards to Egypt's hospitality sector.
